Speeding up network issue resolution with NSP AI

Overview

Challenge

• Nokia’s NSP AI Dashboard needed a home for a new kind of network detection [Redacted for confidentiality], one that looks across alarms, equipment and geography at once.

Solution

• I designed and led the vision for three distinct views: a dashboard widget, a consolidated table, and a granular detail page, enabling operators to track and resolve operational issues at varying levels of detail.

Impact

• Led cross-functional alignment: Used designs to bring together solution architects, UI developers, and a product manager to align on technical feasibility during a fast-paced kickoff phase.
• Driven to release: Guided the designs through early validation, setting the feature up for a beta release by late 2026.
